About paying for Budget Pro
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create your shop and the 14-day trial starts straight away. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
How do I pay?
From inside your shop, under My plan: pay by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going as you are. If you do nothing, your shop moves to the Free plan with its lower limits. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade at any time.
What if a payment is late?
Your shop keeps working through a 7-day grace period: phones keep selling and syncing, and the website becomes read-only until the plan is paid. Your records are never touched.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Sales are never blocked — a busy day is not a reason to stop a cashier. Adding more products, staff or phones than your plan allows asks you to upgrade first.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. It is the same shop with different limits: nothing is moved or rebuilt.
